WB 6 w/multi users on Vista

I recently installed vista and WindowBlinds 6. WB works fine on the administrator account from which I installed SDCentral and WB. When I create a new user, admin or standard, the WB icon does not appear in the system tray and when I start WB, the interface comes up but it is mostly black with some text like "apply my setting". I tried changing permissions, reinstalling but end up with the same thing. One other peculiar thing, when I click on start, stardock, I get a magnifying glass circling the folder. When I get out and go back I can open the folder.

Save me from pulling any more of my hair out. Any tips, clues, RESOLUTIONS would be appreciated. I miss my WB.
