thinking of getting my money back, it just will not run, it says installed properly, yetthe syst. info. goes on top of the settings, so obviously it is not working properly, the support takes ages to be of any help, although it is or looks a really good utility, but then am frustrated and disappointed.

daygo I went back thourgh all your posts and I didn't see where you indicated that you sent an email to Support@Stardock.com identifing the problems you are having. Have you done that?
