Widgets not working

Other than Silica network monitor and Blister Pack 1.0, I have been unable to find a widget where the CPU monitor or bandwidth traffic (In/Out) will work. Is this me or are these types of widgets prone to problems?

What wigits have your tried that are not working for you? Do you have any 3rd party security that would be blocking scripts?

Arileen Widget Pack, Brio XP Widget Set, October Calender Set, to name a few. CPU and Bandwidth not working. Cleared cache also...no go. Nothing I'm aware of blocking scripts.
