StartMenu helper file error

I'm starting to get the following message on occassion from ObjectDock when I try to launch Windows start menu from it:
"StartMenu helper file was injected but failed to take effect.
Can not show start menu at this time, please try again."
If I close down ObjectDock v1.9 build537u I can launch Windows start menu and I can then restart OD. Nothing in particular seems to trigger this, other than I reinstalled MyColors.
Any suggestions?
