Latest Update to windowblinds -- Broke?

Installed the latest update to windowblinds. It installs, I reboot, and the skinning is gone, and the program opens up on my taskbar. Won't accept or change skins for me.

I think you're update is broke.
Using Vista 64. If I reinstall the program without updating, works fine.

Could be an issue similar to that mentioned in this thread WWW Link

Have you rebooted your machine after the installs?

If you still have problems post your system info from WB and one of the guys will have a look at it

I had this same issue, however, I just opened SDC (after I was unable to apply a skin) and saw that there was another update for WB6 (probably the same) so I downloaded it again and rebooted now all is fine.

Just wanted to state that its obviously an issue.

The update worked ok for me.

I am a very happy camper because this update fixed a lagging bug that involved dreams on Windows Vista Ultimate crashing upon every reboot.

All works great now - thank you Stardock developers!

I did the update again, but neither my sidebar or my bottom bar (start / task / system) is skinned. I notice it in applications around the boarders, but other than that, it's incomplete.

Notice the task bar and start button?
Also when I start windows, it no longer minimizes to system tray, just to the task bar.

I had this exact problem on Vista x64, rebooted to the classic style and no themes would be applied.

Uninstall Windowblinds and reboot. Once you've booted back up reinstall WB through SDC and you should be set.

Is Stardock going to acknowledge this issue and fix it?
