Where is the TA Beta?

I have already pre-orded the TA expansion in september.
Now I have received the serial number, I later did a serial number lookup and received a different serial number.
Also the Stardoc Central is updated to version 2.49.500.162 and the "Show pre-release versions" options is checked and was working as I downloaded DA beta before.
But there is no TA, not in updates and also not listed as a possible game to register.
So my question is where is it then?
