Because I'm bored, I'm going to start a game.

Here is how it works. You can either:

-Pick a civ, and make a guess as to what might they hand out for Holloween.
-Alternatively, you can pick a civ and decide as to what you would hand out if you were one of them.

Now if you don't mind me, I need to go out and steal candy from some kids. I need some candy to hand out for holloween, and I'm too cheap to buy it.

Here is a trade good we are offering to prevent you attacking us with your deadly wepons of egg. We feel this agreement is unfair however, and request that you offer to trade the technolodgy "Wearing a spooky mask" with us. We do not feel this will hinder your stratigic aims. If this transaction we will set our relationship with you up by two points and enter the "close" stage of relationship.

We then sugest each of us helps and protect the other from wandering egg or flour throwers in acordan to Act 97 in part 34 C of the "Trying not to get egged on halloween" treaty.

We will also vote for you in the upcomming UP meeting with the agender of "Creating a threat free enviroment in the time of halloween, in acordance to the 'Trying not to get egged on halloween' treaty"

After this we can hope to achive...
