No need to wait for TA serial no email

There is no need to wait for the email from Stardock for your serial number for TA!

1)Simply open SDC and click the 'Registration Info' button on the lower right hand side.

2)Then click the 'Lookup serial number' button and make sure the email address shown is the one you pre-ordered the beta with.

3)Then go to your email and you should have received a list of serial numbers from Stardock. The TA serial number should be in this email!

4)Simply go back to SDC click the 'registration info' button again and in the games section copy/paste the serial number from the email into the TA section. Register the change and you will be able to d/l and play the new beta.

Hope that helps a few of you

BTW if Stardock have not processed your serial number you will still not receive it in the registration number email!

Try again a little later as they may not have processed your serial no yet. All this does is circumvent the email, obviously if the serial number has not been issued you will not receive it in the reg details email

Yup although over here in England it can take up to 24 hours or so to get emails from stardock! No idea why

Hmmm... I pre-ordered (and received a confirmation email) on October 9th.

Are the orders just being processed now, or has my order gotten lost in the ether?

I didn't receive any serial by e-mail for DA, and had to do this procedure back then. So figuring it would be the same with TA I did this some hours ago and received a serial for it, and have just been waiting for Stardock central to update to include TA in the list of games. Which it does now so, playtime...

Still nothing for me . Still have "Purchase" next to the TA module in SDC. And emailing serials didn't work, still no TA info.

Yep, that worked. Have no idea why it's taking so long to get the original serial. And I preordered right after the actual announcement way back when!

I pre ordered the game a while ago and yet it still does not show up within my account. Nor does the above method work. All I get via the automated email is both my GC II and DA serial numbers

I'm still waiting too, and I think I will have to wait even longer cause I preordered it yesterday. Thats gona bee a long long night, its already 00:31am here in Austria.

I pre-ordered on the 9th of October, have an email confirmation of the order with the order number but no serial and none on the email in response to requesting my serials. Th e email does have my Gal Civ one and expansion and Gal Civ Two and expansion serial numbers. I can't imagine it would take three weeks to process a serial number.

The orders don't get processed or charged until the beta is posted (about two hours ago). The process is still underway; you'll be sent your serial email as soon as your order gets processed.

mmm I have checked through my emails and I do not find any from Stardock to confirm my pre order for the game, even though the transaction went through ok.

Now I'm concerned and so I have emailed them to check it out...

I used TGN tokens to pre-order as soon as I was able to and I got my serial in the lookup request at 3:49 pm CET time (10:49 am EST)...which was quite a bit before Stardock Central was updated for TA. But I did the lookup mostly because I had to for DA which I also pre-ordered with my TGN tokens as soon as I learned of it.

Maybe this is my shameless plug for taking out that 10 token TGN subscription next time. (although, I have no evidence of this being the case, maybe I was just lucky)

Anyway, shutting up now and going to bed...played a really quick game on a tiny map to see some of the changes, oh I'm going to be somewhat sleepy tomorrow morning...

Mine hasn't processed yet, and I ordered it Friday I think. Shouldn't processing be a little faster this day and age? (no offense intended my good chums)

I think my problem is I ordered windowblinds with it and it may still be waiting with TA.
