Renewed Object Desktop - still can't download

WinCustomize is still telling me that I can't download anything - I've hit the 500MB limit and need to subscribe or buy something, even though I have just renewed Object Desktop Network...also my settings page says I am a 'PastCustomer'... Help!

The last purchase I see in your account is from August 23, 2005, which would make you a past customer (having not made a purchase for more than one year). If your records do not indicate this, could you submit an email to either sales@stardock.com or support@stardock.com?
