Systray not working v3.49

Yea can not get systray to work on desktopx 3.49 rc? well i tryed differ themes no work i tryed msp i think thats what it's called can not really rember off the top of my head. Please help me getting this to work!

If your running Vista it doesn't work if not then I don't have a clue.. Maybe someday they'll fix it in Vista...
