Title Bars Dont Appear

Running the Trial Version of WB6 here and so far, wow I love it. A couple annoyances though.... first off, title bars sometimes will not display when openening a new window (I have to guess where the X is to close it). Also, my tray icons are distorted or pixelated changing from skin to skin.
Question, are these fixed with updates if I were to buy the full version. Can anyone confirm this who runs Vista Ultimate x64. I just dont want to buy a product that wont work for me! TIA!
