IconPackager in domain envirnoment

I'm having a problem with a new install of IP. After installing, my system hangs during boot. The system in question is a member of a domain, and after supplying logoin info, the boot process gets to the "Applying person settings" step and then hangs. If I boot to safe mode and uninstall IP, the system boots without a problem. Re-install IP and hangs at boot time again.

Anyone else experience this? This is an XP sp 2 system, BTW.

What version of IconPackager are you installing and where are you installing it from?

Please try loading IconPackager and selecting Tools > Repair Shell Icons and select the option to "Do not repair any shell icons on my computer". Reboot and see if that makes any difference?

It's version 3.2 .... just downloaded it. I'm installing from a local hard drive.

I'll give your suggestion a go and see what happens. Thanks for the input!
