I need help Using WindowBlinds

from Stardock Forums
I'm new to WindowBlinds. I downloaded the program and changed the skin, only the task bar was changed but not the background. Any tips would be appreciated. thanks

Windowblinds doesn't typically change the wallpaper\background unless specified by the WB author.

oh thanks. are there ways for me to get the background/wallpaper to make my computer look like the how it is on display? thanks

Best thing to do is to is to go to Wincustomize.com and search the wall paper section. Many times the one displayed is only a reference the artist used.

OR

Contact the artist of the skin and ask for it. This is not a given by any means as it is totally up to them of course.

Sometimes the wallpaper is in the skin folder and doesn't auto-apply on loading the blind.
If that is the case, you can right-click on the wall and set as desktop background.

sometimes the author will mention where to get the skin in either the description on in the comments
