For some reason it is not themeing IE7 like it should. The browser has the basic top and bottom and not the themes curved blue and yellow on it. I am using Vista Home Premium.

Are you running any other software on your system that might customize anything, for example ATI's Hydravision app?

Magic Desktop does not alow you to select any menu settings in photoshop cs3 when maximised any help would be appreciated
