Minor glitches

I've noticed that the latest Windowblinds 6 has some minor glitches here and there.
The main problem being switching back to Aero from a theme can cause a bit of a freeze up, and sometimes fail, reverting to the classic gray theme. There's also general slowdowns and whatnot such as the system tray animation, which is now slower, even when WB6 isn't open.
These following programs are ones that seem to be glitchy with WB6:
Windows Live Messenger - This applications hides it's borders by default, as WB6 attempts to skin it, there's a minor border flicker. Sometimes this can cause messenger to mess up.
Office 2007 - Has no task menu by default, which causes a line across the header of the application.
Despite telling WB6 not to skin these applications, they still mess up.
Also, please sort out WB6's interface, it's a bit laggy.
Since there's not many skins anyway, I'm gonna uninstall WB and wait until things get sorted out.
