Cannot change control pannell icons

Hi,

i use Vista 32, last versione of IP.

The problem is that making a new package or rebuild a old one, i cannot change control pannel icons, or better i can change it but when i aplly icons are the always the older.

I do not know what is the problem really i was check here but nobody with same problem.

Ah i have 2 admin account on this system

Hi,

i have opened a ticket but without success... was answer to rename iprepair.dll ... i was already try with this.
I want change icon that are in control panel, like user,bluetooth, mouse,keyboard and so on (icon that are stored in shell32.dll and imageres.dll) true Ip without make change on system dll, i'm go in control panel window on IP, change icon and save it, when i apply nothing happen

Just a simple question first. Are you certain that the package you are trying to apply has those icons in its list? If so can you tell me what package so I can try it from this end?

You can try with aqualix vista.
look at attachment... modem icon is on the pack but not on control panel.

Go under the 'Icons and Cursors' section within IconPackager for any particular icon set. The icon you're referencing does not appear to be there, so this will not apply to your system.

Sorry but this is not TRUE !!!

Same PC ...
2 different admin accounts...
same package....
first one working and second one no ....
this is or a BUG or a setting problem... but as you can see the icon are on the package.
