DesktopX Popup

Starting recently, my desktop displays a DesktopX popup with "Full Details" or "Buy" options. This is quite annoying to view everytime I turn on my computer, but I can't seem to figure out how to remove it. Why does Stardock aggravate its customers in this manner, and please advise how I can permanently remove it. Thank you!

DesktopX is not a free application and this reminder is there for that purpose. You have purchased Object Desktop though, so I can only imagine that some files from the trial version remained through your install of the full version of DesktopX.

I would suggest uninstalling DesktopX, restarting your computer (if you have any DesktopX items running), ensuring the DesktopX folder is empty and then reinstalling through Stardock Central.
