8800gts - Per Pixel and Constand Alpha Problem

I have an 8800gts and yet it says it cannot do the per-pixel alpha blending and constant alpha blending. What can I do to fix this?
The card shows as: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
Your driver version is : 7.15.11.6371 (63.71)
This is on vista

Check that you have full Hardware Acceleration applied and have it set to 32 bit.

I didn't pay $50 to not get a fix from stardock...

No card with WDDM drivers supports that feature when on Windows Vista.  This is due to changes in the OS.

BX I had the latest drivers when I made the post. I know it is not always Stardocks fault but when an application I have paid in part to help develop doesn't work for this long it is all of our responsibilities to make sure that things get done. For if nobody cared if change was made we would be on V1.0 just because we don't want to put any pressure on or bring up any mistakes in a program.... Thanks
