Checking if pre-ordered?

Okay my memory has failed, but I do seem to remember pre-ordering Twilight. Is there a way I can check on my account? I can't see anything, can't find any email about it confirming that I pre-ordered, but I do vaguely remember pre-ordering...

I suggest you go to the purchase section of the site. Click on Preorder. At the bottom of the Stardock Store page that comes up, click on Contact Us. Ask your question directly of Stardock Sales.

That's all that kryo is going to be able to tell you to do. And he's probably not going to see your post until Monday.

Without an e-mailed order number, I'm not sure there is any other way to look it up without contacting Sales.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've done that now, so will wait and find out if my memory is good or bad

I looked at the Sales page again.

If you have a Stardock Sales account and password, which is different from your Metaverse-and-forums GalCiv2 account, you may be able to sign on to your Stardock Sales account and see out-standing orders.

Unfortunately, you don't need a Sales account to order individual items, so you likely do not have one. You might be able to register a new one, however, and have it connect to your existing order information.

Thanks, I've just looked up my sale info there, but ToA isn't listed, so I've emailed Stardock to double check before I pre-order again.
