windowblinds 6.0 will not load themes!

ok so i just bought windowblinds 6.0 and the preinstalled themes work. Any other theme does not load and says "There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a WindowBlinds skin?" I look and there IS in fact a .uis file so what can I do to resolve the problem?

Please to help us to help you can you provide your systems informations they look like this:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.51 (build 97 x86))

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

This is because :

Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.

you can find it by right click on the Windowblinds system tray icon and under "system information" on the WB application

In an other hand what kind of themes you've tried to load with WB?
Themes from WB gallery on WC or visual styles from an other site?

Could you post a link to a skin that you are having issues with. Also, it may help to download Stardock Central , log-in with the email you used when purchasing WB 6 and update WB 6 from there.

Save the skin to a file and then double click on this from explorer. (ensure it still has its .WBA extension)

Does that work better?

If the above doesn't work...

no uis usually means bad download or the .wba downloaded is actually a .zip with a .wba and other stuff inside - possibly... download and save, change extension to .zip and look inside for the .wba

if you're using a download manager, try not using one

umm, no it will not run the wba file saying it contains no uis file though there IS one in another theme there is just a folder not wba file but it should work but when clicking a uis file for example it says there is no uis file!

ook so i put this other skin that was in a folder into a zip
then i renamed the zip as a .wba and it loaded it! thank you sooo much!
