I cant download GalCiv II addon

Hi there I bought CalCiv II in stores like 1 year ago. Today i bought the add on online and i cant download it. Dont know how it works. i installed the stardoc software and registered the add on but i dont know how to download it. I also cant seem to register my original copy of GalCiv II as it always says that my email doesnt match ... what isnt surprising as i bought it in store and not online. What do i do?

Regarding the email incorrect error...

when you purchased GCII, you should have registered it.  If you didn't, then you need to register your game.  If you did register it, then you need to make sure that it is registering to the right email address.  You can check this by going to (in SDC) Tools -> Register Products -> Click on Games in the left -> Choose "galactic civilizations II from the drop down on the right (next to Product:).  Fill in the "email:" field with the email that you registered with & enter your serial number in the "Serial Number" field.  (If you're unsure of your serial number, you can click "Lookup Serial Number" at the bottom of the dialog box).  Click ok.  If this doesn't help, then please continue to contact support@stardock.com.
