Disabling Titlebar 'Maximize' Button

Is it possible?
I've tried changing the button action to "do nothing". I've tried simply removing the button. Neither has any affect.

I'm not even gonna ask why...if its a perpixel frame skin,you have to get those too.(2 diff sections of window frames)

As far as i know you cant, even with no button there it still functions, word to the wise.. some things in sks.. "do nothing"

You're gonna love it.
It's because I'm picky, and it bugs me when people mess with my window sizes. I like them the way they are dammit! I take a little pride in my desktop I guess. Or I'm just anal.
Now if I could just find a way that would make them un-movable too....
