objectdock won't install

hey people!
i just dl the free objectdock and when i want to install it...it says there is a file missing????

ist right after i pick the dest. folder a window shows up saying:

the file c:\documents and settings\mypc\local settings\application data\stardock\objectdock\applmages.ini could not be opened.

what is wrong....a objectdock folder will appear but no contents???

help!

That sounds more like packet loss or some corrupted data. Try deleting the file and downloading it again.

got the same problem. I´ve installed it, then uninstalle because a DLL was missing. when i tried to re-install, the applmages.ini was missing.

Fire up a ticket at support@stardock.com. BTW are you installing off the direcet download or Stardock Central? If you haven't tried SDC please give it a shot.

This will be required to log into the Stardock server through Stardock Central.

i wasn´t able to download Stardock Central because your DL-server let me DL only with 4KB/s...(!). Other DL working with 100KB/s...

now i´ve found another way to reinstall ObjectDock. i searched for the file applmages.ini on my PC and the folder it was in. there still was a Stardock folder on my HD... after i´ve deleted this folder it installed normally.

i don't have that file at all, i searched it like calogero says but the file doesn't show up :(

and i dont know what else to try. . .
