Using WinCustomize original edition  But by downloading from library connection did not established. I have a established connection to the server, when i want to download a file, this did not work.  Where is the key to this secret? I meen to this point of trouble?

What library, what skin?

Is the skin possibly a master skin? those need to be paid for.

What skin? A name or two with errors would be most helpful - and as Chef Garry said if it's a Master Skin has to be bought.
