Oversized Start Buttons

Okay, I'm really confused. I look around for how to create oversized start buttons but nothing comes up. It just says "Use image overlay" But that helps in absolutely no way. I see that I need to but, when I create the button it still doesn't appear over the top. So, I take a look at the many Vista skins. And each of them have their buttons but with the top cut off in the art work. So, i'm asking, how do you get the top to be displayed?

It takes 2 images to make the oversized buttons. The top part that is missing should be the OVERLAY IMAGE. It takes some messing around to get the content margins to align properly but once you understand how the image goes together you will get it worked out. The Start button image and the Overlay image make up the oversized button. Look at an exisitng oversized button and it's overlay image and you will see how they go together.

How would I find the overlay image? Do you know? In the preveiw on SkinStudio it doesn't show them. =/
