Paul Boyers Icon Trilogy

I bought this on the 12 September and submitted a ticket:- JGM-807891. I still have not had a reply to my ticket which means I still have no solution. 2 business days was the quoted time for a reply and that has now passed. The weekend is now here so envisage that this will not be resolved anytime soon. Why? Surely if I pay for a product and I have a problem the least I can expect is someone to try and deal with it. Maybe someone here can help. I bought Paul Boyer's Icon Trilogy and installed it from the .exe file I downloaded from the link supplied. Upon installation I used the serial supplied and everything installed fine. However as a Stardock central user, and due to the fact all my other software is registered in that, I tried to register the package in Stardock Central but it tells me that the serial is invalid. Any ideas? Hopefully somebody here can help as Stardock support seem unwilling to.
