Where is support?

I have raised a ticket with support 48 hours ago and have still not had a reply. Having purchased a number of products without a problem the one time I get a problem it seems nobody is interested. It states in the automated reply that I should here within 2 business days. Well as that time has now passed and the weekend is here I'm assuming I can wait a few more days. Not what I would expect when I part with my hard earned cash.
