moving windows on dual monitor with WB

I installed a dual monitor setup before I got into OD.  Both rock.  For those who do any significant amount of work on a computer, a dual monitor setup is a must.  My question is this.  My Nvidia card came with an option to add a button on the window where you could click on it and it would move the application window to the other monitor.  You did not have to re-size/shrink it and drag it over.  It was very handy.  Once I applied a WB theme (same result with the many I have tried), it goes away. 

Anyone have any thoughts on this?  Can it be added in the blind to be on the bar automatically, just like the shrink/resize/close button?
