ObjectDock Plus & Explorer

Hi, I have ObjectDock Plus and have put a shortcut to Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) in the docklet that automatically is installed and resides at the top of the screen (the one with the tabs), but whenever I click on the Explorer shortcut Explorer opens minimized and not full screen, is there a setting somewhere that I have missed that stops Explorer opening full screen. Sorry for the noob question but I have gone through the settings and can't find out how to get Explorer opened full screen. ObjectDock Plus version is v1.90 build 537u, and I am running Windows XP Pro.

Right click the icon, select Dock Entry Properties and where it says Run, select Maximized.
