Cannot rate anything

I hope this is the right place to post this..
I cannot rate any skins, wallpapers and so on. I see a message that i need to be a Wincustomize subscriber to rate anything but i am a Wincustomize subscriber ( as well as Object Desktop ), so what am i doing wrong? Are there any settings i need to adjust?

Your account here seems to be merged with your ODNT & shows you as a susbscriber. So maybe just logging out, cleaning your browser cache & cookies will fix it.
