Sticky dock

has anyone ever seen a sticky dock thats similar to the sticky you can add to the desktop like in DesktopX?

Or maybe someone could make one, that would be sweet. Id much rather have it on a dock than a perm icon on my desktop

Not familiar with this, but do you mean like a post-it-note type dock?
