Problems with Teamspeak and Lotro

I tried Multplicity and fell in love with it right away. I purchased it the same day. Unfortunately I later found out it has some problems. I'm using it for just 2 machines, both running XP sp2 with seamless switching.
After changing screens a few times my Teamspeak Client stops working. It fails to recieve any mouse or keyboard input on either the primary or secondary computers even though other apps still work fine. If I unload multiplicity, sometimes Teamspeak comes back and sometimes I have to close and reopen it to get it to work.
Also, in Lord of the Rings Online, after changing screens a few times the mouse on the primary will change to the desktop mouse and lose it's context sensative functionality.
These problems caused me to try Multibox (a version of Synergy). It wasn't nearly as easy to set up as Multiplicity but it works flawlessly and has features like mouse and keyboard broadcast. Since it's free and open source code, I'd think that the Multiplicity developers should take a look at it and see what it does that is different. It's been reported to work with other apps like COH that multiplicity seems to struggle with.
Since I've already purchased Multiplicity I'd sure like to be able to use it. Looking forward to (hoping for) the next update...
