Vista Glass Issue

Using build 38 of the beta and I've noticed that it doesn't skin windows that extend the glass area in Vista.

I think this should be skinnable because it looks horrible.

I've also noticed that the corners of the Stardock classic XP theme are black when Vista drops down into basic mode.
