Starock IRC chat not working?

I've tried with Stardock Central, and with mIRC... both ways, when i try to connect to irc.strdock.com, port 6667, I get an 'Unable to connect to server' error and in mIRC's case a '(connection timed out)' extended error message. Is there an alternate route to get to the chat channel? I can get to other IRC channels just fine, so mIRC isn't being blocked by my firewall (I've even tried turning it off just in case).

Can anyone help?

Not sure if that is a typo, but the server is irc.stardock.com. The current IP is 38.98.152.138 and it is working right now for me.
