Bug in ObjectBar 2.10f[b].012?
Bug or by design?

I just found what I think might be considered a bug (at least I do) in the current Beta version of ObjectBar. I run XP Pro normally as a SuperUser, not as an Administrator. I tried to add the CPU meter to my "Control Center" and got the following message after selecting the right arrow to add it:
Plugin 'SysMeter.dll' in 'C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\ObjectBar\SDPlugins\' could not be found. Please check installation; cannot add this plugin entry
The SysMeter.dll actually is in the proper folder.
This only occurs if I run as a PowerUser. If I change my normal user account to Administrator I can add the CPU Meter element and save it and then use it in my PowerUser account. My experience has been that when I add or remove an Object Desktop program that I must change to an Administrator account. My experience has been that after the program is installed that a user account could modify the installed individual programs (for example, changing options in Object Edit or theme in WindowBlinds).
Please advise me about the ability of a User (or PowerUser) account being able to modify modify ObjectBar.
On another topic, I've been a user of Object Desktop since the OS/2 days and find your utilities very useful. Thanks!
