Dark Avatar description text error

In planet management window, when choosing to buy a basic factory, pop ups a window with such a description at the top near the factory picture: "The basic factory increases this colony's the social +..." - and thats all. What does it mean?

Can you scroll the little window down? The full description reads: "The basic factory increases this colony's the social + military production on this planet by up to 8 more industrial units. Depending on what percentage of your manufacturing capacity you are using and what percentage of it is directed towards social and military, this factory's capacity will be used."

No. Not the text description which is shown at the bottom left side near the picture. Yes, that description is actually scrolled and all is clear there.
But the thing was that the same description of this factory is shown (but partially) in a pop upping central window after clicking "buy" button.
That was the idea.
So please, check it out.

If this text is directly from the UI, there's another problem: you need to lose the "the" after "colony's." It's also probably better to use "and" rather than "+."
