Dark Avatar not Installing

Everything except DA has downloaded and installed correctly, but DA downloads at less than 1/4 the speed of the others and then says it cannot install, then keeps trying to re-download. It's been doing this for two days now. I'm using Vista, all my drivers are updated, and the parts that have installed seem to be working just fine.

I'm also having this problem. I have a new system, with Vista, and I tried to install from my CD but got an error right at the end saying 'Windows cannot find C:\PROGRA~1\Stardock\TOTALG~1\GalCiv2\GDFGC2Install.exe, I figured it was a CD problem, but when I tried to download it was at 8kbps, took FOREVER and says it couldn't install. Please Help!
