Apogee set - error message when instaling?

Hello!
I bought Apogee set of icons, got email, followed the link, downloaded and now when I try to run the file (apogeeiconspremiumsuite_110.exe) I get the following message:
"G:\...\apogeeiconspremiumsuite_110.exe is not a valid Win32 application"
I tried on 2 different computers. What's happening?
