Maximum activations

Hi..

I have just had to reinstall my OS's as I have upgraded hardware but I'm having trouble activating Icon Packager on XP though it worked fine on my Vista partition. The message I receive is:

Maximum activations reached.

Could someone please advise what I need to do to activate successfully please?
