Hankers & VStyler are right - choosing a default XP (Classic or Luna) cause WB not to skin - it's also the default don't run at startup = no reason to run if you're using default skins.

Never had WB run at startup choosing a default skin - one of my test user accounts is set that way

Haven't looked in msconfig - so can't verify one way or another - for those where it does show, are you running x32 or x64?
