SkinStudio versions WWW Link

SkinStudio is the tool used to create skins, it does not apply them, you would need WindowBlinds to apply WindowBlinds skins created using SkinStudio

I may be wrong but as far as I know Stardock is the only entity that can make/license skins for Directskin. The public can make skins for Windowblinds using Skinstudio.

I must use SkinStudio for create Skins for DirectSkin

From DirectSkin page "DirectSkin is a development tool that allows programmers
to make their software fully skinnable in minutes."

If this is what you are wanting to do it is best to contact Stardock directly at DirectSkin@Stardock.com

If you are just wanting to customize your PC you want WindowBlinds and SkinStudio from my first link.
