I don't use Winstep so no comparison info. I love ObjectDock however and it would take something MUCH better to make me switch. If you do get OD, be sure to get ODPlus as there are many more features available.

I have used Winstep since 1999 because there is simply no comparison. Download both and try them. The differences will become immediately apparent.

Winstep or Object dock

Why either or....I use both ObjectDock Plus and Winstep Xtreme together. Both programs are highly configurable and are very easy to use. Although each program is quite capable of doing the lot, I have Winstep configured for everything on my C: (main) drive, and OD Plus configured to files and folders on my other drives/partitions.
