TweakVista090_setup.exe free?

I'm asking for my neighbor who does not have net access. Upon setup a pop up comes up that says "buy now". She cannot go any further then that. So is it? or does she just have to go to the web page & register or something & then she can finish installing it for free?
Thanks for your reply

There should also be an OK button at the bottom right of the trial dialog that dismisses the window. It is grayed out to start with but should become enabled shortly afterwards.

Thank you for responding GreenReaper. There is a grayed out OK button at the bottom. We can only see the top half. We were on that screen for almost 2 min. maybe? and it never changed. GreenReaper, you said "it is grayed out to start with but should become enabled shortly afterwards." Maybe we need to wait longer?? I would think it would have done something by then. I don't know. I spent 34 min. on the phone with tech at StarDock. He sent me another copy of TweakVista, brought it over to my neighbor & the same thing happened. I was on the phone with him the whole time. He was a little baffled at that also. (Note: I have no knowledge of Vista so I was a little lost ☺) Anyway, I got disgusted at my neighbor for not knowing her way around Vista so I told the kind tech support that also & I said thanks for his help & our goodbyes.
If you can help any further with any other suggestions I will keep checking this thread.
Thank You again

The OK button will un-grey once the settings have been retrieved, which should only take a few seconds. The only reason I can think of for it not to become enabled is an error, but you mentioned no error dialogs coming up, and they should if such an error occurs. Perhaps there is a problem with connecting to the Internet, as it does try to update the news items on startup. It is odd that the OK button is only half-visible though.

Note that you can use the thread tools to "watch" threads so that you will get an email if there are replies.
