I dont know where to place this , but normally when I email support it emails back with a support ticket number... I am afraid my email didnt get there. Should I remail through a different method this time? P.S Many apologies if the case is your busy as I can be impatient sometimes
But since this is a new machine installation, moving one program to a new laptop (dont have the desktop anymore)
