subscription and ads

I was promissed in the ads I would have aan ad-free browsing (among other things). I had a subscription to WC and still have ads. I even renewed the subscription for another two years using the AD!!! on the site. Still I'm bothered by ads. Any explanation? Or do I only get ad-free browsing when using the WC-browser?

Ads by google on this page, on several spots on the home page,on the skinspages, on the singleview pages,"chatbubbles" ad on the skinspages, the subscribe or renew ad on the singleviewpage (e.g. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=2464&libid=28), Need I say more?

Hm, did You crossreference Your account ? Also deleting the cookies from the site would be worth a try.

Did you purchase the subscription using the same email address that your Stardock.net account uses?

Yes, same email account and I'll check the cookies (although cookies and cache should be emptied by default...but never can tell). Tnx

well, emptied the cache, cleaned the cookies and history, restarted FF but no luck...

and crossreferencing with two emailadresses that are equal isn't necessary...is it?
