Apple Releases iPod Restore Utility

Do you have an iPod shuffle that won't play and iTunes won't restore it?  Well then you might be in luck as Apple released a new iPod restore utility that might fix that iPod you thought was broken. 

Remember that if you use this utility it will erase everything on that iPod, and restore it back to factory condition.
