Email: support@stardock.com and explain the problem and they should be able to reset it for you.

It's the weekend so it may be a couple of days.

I could be wrong but I have the feeling you may be talking about activating "Windows XP" If this is the case you can activate by phone. To do this go to start then All programs then accessories. click on Activate Windows. When you get the lets activate windows window Check (yes I want to telephone a customer service repasentive to activate windows. you will then get a window that will give you a number to call. It will be an automated voice asking you questions. either the automated voice or a repasentive will give you a new code number to activate windows. Have your serial number ready when you call. If this isn't what you are talking about then just ignore me...

Don't hold you're breath I have the same problem. I submitted a ticket thru their channels, they closed the ticket and I still can't activate. I am a long time subscriber and have bought a lot of products from Stardock. I am not happy at this point. When I buy a product I expect to be able to use it!!!!!!!

Take Boss0190 's advice and contact support@stardock.I did this last week to get my ObjectDock re-activated and got a reply pretty much immediately and the activation was reset within 24 hours.
A simple mail explaining what you need and your serial number will do the trick.
This is of course if you don't mean it's XP you are having problems with.

Cheers

wow, I have never had a problem with stardock support, I changed my address, moved to another state for (5)months and even changed my emails, used my sisters computer because mine wasn't unpacked and I still got everything fixed by stardock with only minimal info and very quickly, ofcourse I don't have vista and she doesn't either. I took my stuff off her computer when I left, she isn't computer savie anyway so I didn't have to worry, she is lucky she knows how to check her email. She uses windows desktop and a normal mouse pointer, wow did she freak when she saw what I did to her computer. Everything is back to normal for her,   She is so in the dark. Anyway, keep trying. They will help soon I am sure.
