wow, I have never had a problem with stardock support, I changed my address, moved to another state for (5)months and even changed my emails, used my sisters computer because mine wasn't unpacked and I still got everything fixed by stardock with only minimal info and very quickly, ofcourse I don't have vista and she doesn't either. I took my stuff off her computer when I left, she isn't computer savie anyway so I didn't have to worry, she is lucky she knows how to check her email. She uses windows desktop and a normal mouse pointer, wow did she freak when she saw what I did to her computer. Everything is back to normal for her,

She is so in the dark. Anyway, keep trying. They will help soon I am sure.
