WindowBlinds and background colour

Hi,

I'm having a problem with WindowBlinds 5.0 ! If I apply a skin, the wallpaper is also being changed - that's not a Problem, I can change it after. But I (as a MetallicA-Fan) want a Metallica Wallpaper and the Wallpaper I want is too small to fit in the screen, so the area around the wallpaper has to be black. Everytime I change the desktop colour, it changes itself back to blue !! It's so annoying!
To show you what I mean, I've uploaded the video here:
Youtube-Link (You better watch it in fullscreen!)

I hope someone can help me !

Greets,
blackdeagle

Btw: sry for my english, I hope you understand the main problem ! ^_^

Please, open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on View my system information.  Copy/paste that info here.

Open up your the WB you are using in Skinstudio.. Navigate to Classic Colors section then in Miscellaneous > Background - Desktop you can change the color to black. Save and apply. Now everytime you apply the skin your desktop will be black.

Alternatively.. Open a Graphics program make a solid black image the size of your desktop and place ur smaller Metallica graphic over it (centered). Save it as a wallpaper and use IT instead of original.

I do not use SkinStudio! I only have WindowBlinds but the idea with the black image with the wallpaper in it of the size of my desktop is good! I'll try that but it really would be better to configure that in WindowBlinds

Thanks for both replys!

Open WB config, Override default settings, uncheck Apply the wallpaper included with a skin.

but it really would be better to configure that in WindowBlinds

Skins are put together by most using SkinStudio, there are hundreds of settings, that is why SkinStudio is needed to make tweaks to skins, WB would be blotted if could config all from it.

The "Apply any wallpaper supplied" button was already unchecked!
I guess I'm going to download & install SkinStudio! I hope it'll work
