bounce effect in OD 1.9 Plus

hi how come my icons dont bounce? they just flash white when i click them? im also using icon packager, cusorxp, windowsblinds 5 as well. any help?

Open OD config, general tab, Miscellaneous options, from drop list at bottom, Attention effects, select bounce.

omfg im so dumb thanks alot Cavan1. and im guessing theres no way i can make it bounce not so high?
