vista

It always happens with each operating system; which one is better? It may seem that vista is the better one because it is new but that is not always the case. Many people have upgraded to vista all ready and are pleased with it for its new looks programs and most importantly its the new windows. No one can complain about that(even you mac fanboys). But if you look at it from a performance angle xp is better in nearly every way. Also looking at it from a gamers angle; they won't want to upgrade because not many games work with vista meaning there collection will be out the window. Also the most important issue is price; £350 for vista. Its a joke! You are paying for something that should of been an expansion pack for xp. If you want your computer to look like vista then get style xp/window blinds for $20 which is much cheaper than vista. Then get a free, YES, free skin that will make your pc look like vista. If you want the programs there are many out there such as vista explorer and the vista tool bar which are both free. You can get a program called vystal reloaded(search on Google) that will make your windows transparent. So for $20 (or free if you use the trial version)you can make your computer look and play like vista. So it is your choice stay with your trusty xp or pay out a sheadload of money for vista. I know what i would do

A little formatting made this much easier to read (and therefore, more likely to be read).

I think that the GUI (graphical user interface) is one of the most visible changes between Vista and XP but many (most) of the enhancments of Vista run much deeper than the look and feel.

More research may be needed here to determine if Vista is right for someone.
